Cakes are layered with delicious fillings and buttercream to complement the cake flavour, they are then coated in a 70% rich dark Belgium chocolate or white Belgium chocolate ganache to give a sumptuous taste and texture to the mouthwatering cake.  All cakes are covered with Massa Ticino fondant icing made by Carma of Switzerland, used by some of the best cake decorators in the world.
